Booked directly with the owners, there are no commissions to pay or additional charges.

Our policy is to provide a holiday villa apartment in the Garfagnana mountains of Tuscany which has everything you might need to make your holiday wonderful. Whether it is a self catering holiday in the Lucca area or a short stay Bed and Breakfast visit to the Garfagnana, you will be sure to enjoy the wonderful accommodation and hospitality of Canalecchia.

The price includes:

• Welcome pack of groceries and bottle of wine for your arrival.
• All linen, beach towels, bath robes.
• Full cleaning both before and after your stay
• Electricity and constant hot water.
• Daily pool cleaning.
• 2 mountain bikes.
• Table tennis.

Also available:

• Full evening meals, using local produce and recipes, with local wines.
• Pizza evenings – make your own in the 300 year old stone oven, or sit back with an apperitif whilst they are made
  for you.
• Guided tours of local attractions.
• Guided walks in the Apuane Alps and the Orecchelia Natural Park.
• Cookery courses – learn the genuine recipes of the Garfagnana in the kitchen of a nearby farmhouse, lovingly kept exactly as it was 300 years ago.
• Help in planning your itinerary whilst in the Garfagnana.
• Baby sitting
• Wine Tasting at a local enoteca under the guidance of a renowned sommelier

Villa apartment rental prices:

Low season  £400 per week
Mid Season  £450 per week
High Season £500 per week

Bed and Breakfast:

To ensure maximum privacy for guests, we do not offer both Bed and Breakfast and self catering rental at the same time.

Therefore, Bed and Breakfast guests have full use of all the facilities at Canalecchia.

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare meals, although they may prefer to take advantage of our full evening meals.
(€20 per head including wine, on request).

Bed and Breakfast prices range from EURO €75 to €90 per room per night.

A full breakfast is provided, including fresh fruit, local cold meats and cheeses, home made jams and freshly baked bread.
